The following conditions apply to the services provided by Transolution B.V., depending on the nature of the activities and the capacity in which Transolution B.V. acts.
Forwarding activities – Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX)
When Transolution B.V. acts as a forwarder and organizes the transport of goods on behalf of the client, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX) apply.
Logistics services – Logistics Services Conditions (LSV)
When Transolution B.V. performs logistics activities, including, for example, storage, transshipment, warehousing, handling, order processing, and other logistics services, the Logistics Services Conditions (LSV) apply.
Transport activities
When Transolution B.V. acts as carrier, depending on the mode and route of transport, other statutory provisions, international treaties, and/or transport conditions may apply.
Combined services
When an assignment consists of different types of activities, the conditions applicable to each component of the service may be determined. View Terms and Conditions
